By booking a fishing tour with FishTrails, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking and Payment

All tours must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods as indicated on the website.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel or modify your booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled tour date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour will be subject to a 50% charge. No-shows and cancellations on the day of the tour will not be refunded.

3. Tour Changes and Weather Conditions

FishTrails reserves the right to alter or reschedule tours due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible of any changes. If a tour is canceled by FishTrails, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

4. Liability

FishTrails is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that occur during the fishing tour. All participants must follow safety instructions provided by our guides. Fishing involves inherent risks, and by booking a tour, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
